🍯 Safe Shopping: Returns & Complaints At Bees & Blooms, we want every purchase to be a success. However, if a product doesn't meet your expectations or an issue arises, we’re here to make the process as simple as possible!

🌸 Return Procedure (Right of Withdrawal) If you wish to withdraw from the sales contract and return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Prepare the Package: Fill out and include our Return Form inside the parcel. Please ensure that the product and its original packaging show no signs of use or damage – this is a requirement for a successful return.
  2. Ship the Item & Notify Us: Send the return package via a courier of your choice at your own expense. Then, send us an email at info@beesblooms.eu with the tracking number and a direct tracking link. This helps us prepare for its arrival and speed up the process.
  3. Refund: Once the return is accepted, we will refund the full amount (including the original delivery costs you paid) within 14 days of the date you notified us of your withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been physically received and inspected.

🐝 Complaint Procedure (When a "Bee" Finds a Defect) If you notice a defect in your product, let us know immediately – we’ll take care of it!

1. Report the Issue via Email: Send a message to info@beesblooms.eu. In your email, please:

  • Provide a detailed description of the defect.
  • Attach photos of the issue.
  • If the complaint requires returning the product, fill out and attach the Return Form.
  • If the product stays with you (e.g., you are requesting a price reduction or defect repair), please provide your order number and bank account details for a potential refund.

2. Our Response: We will notify you of our decision regarding your complaint within 14 days of receiving your report. If it is necessary to return the product, we will send you a pre-paid return label at our expense.

3. Resolution: Depending on the agreed solution (replacement, refund, price reduction, or repair), the entire procedure will be finalized within 14 business days from the day we receive the package (if required) or from the day the complaint is processed.
